★ Time is tracked in 15-minute increments and rounded up (i.e. 5-15 min. will be charged as 15 min., etc…).
★ Phone hours are available 9am – 6pm Monday – Saturday (unless arranged ahead of time).
★ Email support is available anytime.
★ I should be able to help you by phone or email within a 24-hour window.
★ Unused retainer subject to expiration one year from date posted, as shown on receipt.
